4. Order Placement & Acceptance
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of placement.
Prepaid orders are confirmed immediately; COD orders require telephonic confirmation before shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., product unavailability, pricing error).
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclude applicable taxes.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI wallets, and COD (with ₹125 COD handling fee).
In case of payment failures or disputes, please contact us before reordering to avoid duplicate charges.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic (India)
Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
COD orders incur ₹125 shipping/handling fee.
Delivery timeline: 2–3 days to metro cities; 5–7 days to non-metros.
A valid 10‑digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for OTP‑based delivery.
International
Shipping charges calculated by weight at checkout (DDU basis).
Estimated delivery: up to 15 days.
Customer is responsible for import duties, customs, and local taxes.
7. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with AWB number and tracking URL.
Track live status via the courier partner’s website or app.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Prepaid cancellations: choice of refund via coupon code or original payment mode (5% PG charge applies).
COD cancellations: token amount (₹250) is non‑refundable. Excess token amount over ₹250 will be issued as a coupon code.
9. Returns & Refunds
Eligibility & Process
Inform
Email us at houseofadhishree@gmail.com with product name & images within 48 hours of delivery.
Return
Upon approval, ship the unused product in original packaging within 5 days.
Customer bears the return shipping cost; share tracking details.
Refund
After receipt and quality check, a one‑time coupon code equal to the product value (minus deductions) will be issued within 3 working days.
Deductions & Conditions
₹250 per item toward forward & reverse shipping (prepaid orders).
₹125 shipping deduction if original order enjoyed free shipping.
5% payment‑gateway charge deduction for duplicate pre‑captured transactions.
Maximum of 2 successive coupon code credits per original order.
Coupon codes valid for 1 year, one‑time use only.
10. Damaged or Defective Products
Inspect items on delivery. Report damages within 48 hours with photos/videos to team@blingbag.co.in.
We will arrange reverse pickup (India only) at no extra cost within 24 hours of approval.
Upon verification, you may choose a replacement (subject to availability) or receive a full‑value coupon code valid for 1 year.
11. Non‑Returnable Items
Products used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.
Returns initiated after the 48‑hour notification or 5‑day shipping window.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, courier strikes).
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or defaults caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., war, pandemic, government action).
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
